Local fishermen, caught the body of a young and once attractive girl. Law enforcement officers, thanks to a medical examination, found out that the drowned woman is Valeria Pichugina. She is only nineteen years old and the inhabitants of the city were amazed at what had happened, therefore they wondered who the young lady could annoy.
The police are in a dead end, for there is no evidence and leads that could lead to a successful result. While the guys from the slaughter unit are looking for a serious criminal, the spirit of the victim wanders around the area. She does not understand why she was killed and why.
