The Moreau family is still suffering from the loss of their son when Yves Le Guen shows up. He’s a “black” Breton, a handyman, and he is going to shake up this family frozen in their sorrow. Mrs. Moreau, an uptight bourgeois; Mr. Moreau a Breton entrepreneur, and even Martha, their mute maid. Yves will attract them, upset them and change their lives.
