On the occasion of the centenary of the First World War, Program33, in association with the ECPAD, has produced a 52- and 90-min documentary for France 3, directed by Hugues Nancy and Fabien Béziat, featuring all-colorized images.

Tracing the extraordinary journeys of a dozen remarkable women (Marie Curie, Edith Wharton…), the film focuses on the role of women during the Great War.

LER has already finalized numerous sales—to NHK (Japan), Servus Tv (Germany, Austria), Radio Canada (Canada), RTBF (Belgium) as well as Alliant Content (SVOD in the US), Da Neng Culture Media Co. (China), Canal Encuentro (Argentina), Prava i Prevodi (Bosnia, Macedonia, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia), KBS (South Korea), RTSI (Italian-speaking Switzerland), TV5 Québec (Canada), YLE (Finland), Koba Films (DVD francophone countries), and RTS (French-speaking Switzerland). In addition, talks are under way in Italy.

A second episode—on the role of women during the Second World War—is currently in development and due for delivery May 2015.
